How do I add my logo to the packaging? What is the cost?
After completing your payment, please email your logo to info@puppysew.com. AI or PDF file formats are preferred. Please stay in touch, as I will need to confirm the design template with you before production begins. The cost for standard single-color printing is included in the price.
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
For most products in our shop, the minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 50 pieces; the larger the order quantity, the lower the unit price. If you have specific requirements, please contact us; our MOQs typically range from 50 to 500 pieces.
Can I get a sample?
Yes! Samples are available for checking quality and color. You may choose between a sample with a customized logo or one without; prices vary accordingly. Shipping costs for samples must be covered by the buyer. Here is the payment link for samples.
Can I customize the size, color, or style?
Yes. For bags, boxes, and gift pouches, we offer various customization options with different MOQs. Please email your detailed requirements to me, and I would be happy to provide you with a quote.
Are you a manufacturer or a reseller?
We own and operate our own factory. We serve a large client base both domestically and internationally—it is quite possible that your current supplier is actually one of our distributors!
Can you ship to my country?
Yes. We typically ship via express carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, SF International, and Aramex. As long as express delivery services are available in your country or region, we can provide door-to-door delivery. For shipments exceeding 100 kg, we can arrange sea freight to help you save on shipping costs.
How long does production take? How long does shipping take?
Production typically takes 15 days, followed by a shipping transit time of 6 to 10 days.
Who is responsible for customs clearance and taxes?
Our product prices do not include taxes. You are solely responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may be levied by your country or region. Local customs authorities will contact you once your package arrives.
For shipments to the United States, we offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping services. This option includes customs duties and clearance fees in the price, though the transit time is slightly longer—typically 15 to 18 business days.
What happens if I refuse to pay the customs duties and the package is returned?
Since our products are all custom-made items, we cannot accept returns. If a delivery fails due to customs clearance issues or because you provided incorrect address information, we are unable to offer a refund or reship the order. In such cases, the courier company may destroy the package or return it, incurring substantial fees. To avoid financial and material loss, please ensure—before placing your order—that you are willing to pay all applicable import duties and taxes.
