Customization & Logo Printing
After payment, send your logo file (AI/PDF preferred) to info@puppysew.com. We confirm the design draft before mass production. Standard single-color printing cost is already included in the item price.

Minimum Order Quantity & Sample Request
Most items start at 50pcs; unit price drops with larger order quantities. Custom special orders range from 50–500pcs, contact us for details.
Blank samples or custom logo samples are available at different prices. Buyer covers sample shipping costs; sample payment link can be provided separately.
Factory Qualifications and Shipping Info
We own our production factory, supplying global clients. Many wholesale suppliers source goods from our workshop.
Ship via DHL/Fedex/UPS/SF/Aramex door-to-door; orders over 100kg can be shipped by sea to reduce freight costs.
Production lead time: 15 working days, express transit: 6–10 days.
Customs Duties & After-sale Policy
Item price excludes import tax and duty; the buyer is fully responsible for local customs costs. US exclusive DDP option: tax included in freight, delivery in 15–18 working days.
All goods are custom-made; no return or refund allowed. No reshipment or refund if parcel destroyed/returned due to unpaid duty or wrong delivery address; all losses borne by the buyer.
Custom-made products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable; if the package is returned/destroyed due to unpaid customs duties or an incorrect delivery address, no refund or replacement will be provided, and the buyer will bear the loss.
