Terms of Service for PUPPYSEW Jewelry Packaging

1. Service Agreement
Welcome to PUPPYSEW Jewelry Packaging Services. By accessing and using the puppysew.com website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Product and Service Description

- We specialize in jewelry packaging products such as jewelry boxes, paper bags, microfiber bags, and storage bags. We support customization of logos, sizes, and materials, with a minimum MOQ of 50 pieces.

- Custom orders: Design confirmation is required before production can begin. The remaining balance must be settled before shipment.

- Product images may have slight color differences from the actual product. Size errors within ±0.5cm are considered normal.

3. Orders and Payment

- All orders must be paid for through Shopify's secure payment channels. We do not store your payment information.

- We reserve the right to cancel orders and provide a full refund due to reasons such as pricing errors, insufficient stock, or fraud risks.

- Once the deposit for a customized order has been paid, it will not be refunded if the order is cancelled due to the buyer's reasons.

4. Intellectual Property

- All product designs, images, and text on the website are original works of PUPPYSEW and are protected by copyright. Unauthorized use or secondary commercial use is prohibited.

- Buyers must ensure that any customized logos/patterns provided have legal copyright. The buyer shall bear all disputes arising from infringement.

5. Limitation of Liability

- We are only liable for the value of the product itself and are not liable for indirect losses caused by packaging issues (such as customer complaints, brand damage, etc.).

- We are not liable for losses caused by force majeure events such as logistics delays, customs inspections, and natural disasters.

6. Terms Updates

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be published on the website, and your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
