Return & Refund Policy for PUPPYSEW Jewelry Packaging

1. Scope of Application
This policy applies to all jewelry packaging orders placed on puppysew.com, including standard in-stock items and custom logo items.

2. Eligibility for Returns

- Non-custom in-stock items: Unused, undamaged standard items in their original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt.

- Custom logo items: As these are personalized orders, once production begins, returns and exchanges without a reason are not supported; replacements or refunds are only supported if the received item is damaged, has printing errors, or is at our responsibility.

- Bulk orders (50 pieces or more): Returns and exchanges are only supported if the item has quality issues, is incorrectly shipped, or is missing; returns without a reason are not supported.
