As a professional custom packaging manufacturer, we have been deeply involved in the packaging surface treatment field for many years. Leveraging mature production equipment and a professional technical team, we provide customized services for mainstream processes such as hot stamping/foil stamping, heat transfer printing, embossing/gravure printing, screen printing, and four-color offset printing to meet the visual styles and customization needs of different brands. We precisely match the style, material characteristics, and application scenarios of different brands, balancing visual quality with practical durability, helping brands convey their core values through packaging details.
Original Color Embossing
Original color embossing is an ink-free physical molding process. Its core lies in using precision molds and controllable mechanical pressure to imprint pre-set logos, textures, or patterns onto the surface of packaging materials (paper, velvet, leather, etc.). It comes in two forms: gravure (pattern recessed) and relief (pattern raised), and the entire process requires no ink or pigment.
Technical Advantages:
- Preserves the original texture and color of the material, bringing a delicate tactile feel.
- The logo is invisible yet clearly tactile, wear-resistant and environmentally friendly.
- High-precision molds make it suitable for minimalist and light luxury brands, widely used for customized invisible logos on high-end gift boxes, velvet storage bags, etc.
Hot Stamping (Gold / Silver)
Hot stamping, also known as foil stamping, involves heating and pressing metallic foil (gold, silver, matte gold, etc.) onto a hot melt adhesive layer on the packaging surface. After cooling, the excess foil layer is peeled off, forming a clear pattern or logo.
Technical Advantages:
- Presents a full metallic luster and a prominent three-dimensional effect, enhancing the high-end texture and brand recognition of the packaging.
- Suitable for various materials, supports partial and full-page hot stamping, high temperature resistance, and fade resistance, suitable for high-end gift boxes, cosmetic packaging, etc.
Heat Transfer Printing
Heat transfer printing includes two forms: sublimation transfer printing and heat transfer film. It uses high temperature to transfer patterns and text from transfer paper to the surface of packaging materials, achieving precise printing.
Process Advantages:
- High printing precision, good color reproduction, smooth surface;
- Suitable for various materials, high customization flexibility, no batch restrictions;
- Waterproof and wear-resistant, suitable for customized packaging with complex patterns and intricate markings.
We can provide one-on-one process selection advice based on our clients' brand image, material choices, customization budget, and application scenarios, and precisely execute the processes to ensure that each package combines quality and uniqueness, helping brands build differentiated packaging competitiveness.
